Ordering

We recommend you create an account and log in every time you make an order. You will be able to go into your account and see what you’ve ordered in the past as well as see tracking info.

 

Local pick ups have no order minimum and no shipping/pick up fees. We will contact you via email with some dates that we can schedule pick up.

 

We have no order minimum, however we do recommend that you order 20lbs or more OR purchase additional dry ice/ice packs to help prevent thawing during transit.

 

Shipping is calculated including both the dry ice and our insulated cooler box. Please email us if you would like a breakdown. You can choose for us to not include any dry ice in the box (use discount code NoDryIce). We would not recommend doing this if you are more than a 2 day transit in the winter or 1 day transit in the summer. We cannot guarantee that there will be no or minimal thawing if you choose not to include dry ice. We also recommend adding extra dry ice or ice packs if you are ordering less than 30lbs.

 

Purchasing insurance on your package is an option. $9 will cover up to $200 and $13 will cover up to $300. If you did not purchase insurance we will not be able to refund, replace or credit any order if it arrives late and/or damaged.

We will make every effort to contact you with any shipping delays or changes that might need to be made with products and ask what you’d like to do. We will try to accommodate any changes.
